So here is a simple example of what you needed to do with the scene.

Looks good for the beginning.
There are a few comments.

1) Try to move some objects further away and make them bigger.
For example Clouds.

2) Try to use curved planes

Then It's not necessary to angle planes.

3) For the close-up  objects use Aim Camera constraint function

   Problem - Maya cant read black img PNG. need to do new two img set . set one jpg with white

                    background set two with white obj black background Png for Alpha cut

Always use this option for the better quality.

So the main problem is all the elements are very low quality here you can see pixelated edges.

You need to avoid it.
And it does not matter how many DPI you have because it matters only for the printing.
